Terms and Conditions:
- PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT = you agree that you will not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other holiday makers
- DEPOSIT IF BOOKING DIRECT = 20% (£100 minimum)
- BALANCE IF BOOKING DIRECT = Payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.
- ELECTRICITY = Coin meter (£1 or £2 coins) charged at cost
- OCCUPANCY = 6 persons maximum including up to 5 children (under 18) and 1 infant (under 2)
- ENTRY = Key safe code or meet on arrival.
- MINIMUM BOOKING = 3 nights
- CANCELLATION IF BOOKING DIRECT = Payments can only be refunded if relet (cancellation insurance recommended)
- SMOKING = Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the chalets
- PETS = No pets allowed on the park except registered assistance dogs
- CLEANING = Please leave the chalet as you would expect to find it and pay for/replace any breakages
- PARK FACILITIES = Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the closure of park facilities as this is beyond our control
Activities included:
- SWIMMING POOL = Open every day at 10.00am (please bring your own swimming/beach towels)
- TENNIS COURT = Bring own equipment (4 rackets should be in Chalet)
- TABLE TENNIS = Bring own equipment
- VOLLEY BALL = Bring your own ball
- MINI GOLF = Reception hire clubs and golf ball
Optional extras:
- BED LINEN (duvet cover, pillow cases and sheet) = £10 per bed (NB: All pillows and duvets provided plus mattress protectors)
- TOWELS (for use in the chalet only) = £5 per towel
