Kingsdown Chalets 67 & 68 - Terms and Conditions
- PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT: you agree that you will not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other holiday makers
- MINIMUM CHARGE: 3 nights (NB: weekends - this means you can stay all day on Sunday)
- DIRECT BOOKINGS DEPOSIT: 20% (£100 minimum)
- DIRECT BOOKINGS BALANCE: Due 42 days before arrival
- DIRECT BOOKINGS CANCELLATION: Happy to refund if letting is reallocated (insurance recommended)
- ELECTRICITY: Coin meter (£1 or £2 coins) charged at cost
- OCCUPANCY: 6 persons maximum including infants/children
- BEDDING: Mattress protectors, quilts and pillows with pillow protectors provided
- ENTRY = Key box 4 digit code - arrive any time after 3pm
- SMOKING = Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the chalets
- PETS = No pets allowed on the park except registered assistance dogs
- CLEANING = Please leave the chalet as you would expect to find it and pay for/replace any breakages
Optional extras
- BED LINEN (duvet cover, pillow cases and sheet) = £10 per bed or bring your own.
- TOWELS (for use in the chalet only) = £5 per towel or bring your own
Park Activities Included (subject to availability)
- SWIMMING POOL = Open every day at 10.00am (please bring your own swimming/beach towels)
- TENNIS COURT = Bring own equipment (4 rackets should be available in Chalet)
- TABLE TENNIS = Bring own equipment or hire from reception
- VOLLEY BALL = Bring your own ball
- MINI GOLF = Reception hire clubs and golf ball
